Learn new techniques for building consensus on policies for our communities. A representative of the New Conversation Initiative and Deep Canvassing Institute will share their approach to achieving progressive change through meaningful one on one conversations.

We will also review current Truth Brigade campaigns and messaging strategy for social media and face to face conversations.

March is women’s History Month – and we want to celebrate it at the meeting. Michelle and I ask that you search your soul and briefly share with us the woman in history ( and it can be a more recent history)whom you most admire; and in what way has she challenged or affirmed you in your beliefs and your actions.

The NWSOFA Fiscal and Economic Issues group will meet on March 13th at 7 pm.

Come join us, catch up on this year’s economic news and share your thoughts.

David and Karl will be updating the fiscal and economic data and will present it at our next meeting. Come discuss the current state of the US economy. February employment data will be reported on Friday, March 10th. January’s jobs report showed 517,000 jobs added. Total payroll jobs were the most ever. The unemployment rate was 3.4% .. Can February hold the trend??
