Please Attend “NAVIGATING POLITICAL ETHICS: A VOTER’S GUIDE TO DEMANDING TRUTH” Oct 21@7pm CDT Zoom
It’s election season. Are candidates conducting their campaigns with honesty and fair play, or are they deceiving and mudslinging? Citizens for Ethical Campaigns is delighted to bring you a free virtual event: Navigating Political Ethics: A Voter’s Guide to Demanding Truth, on Monday, October 21 at 7pm.
We will host guest speaker John Pelissero, Director of Government Ethics at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics and coauthor of the newly released book Voting for Ethics: A Guide for U.S. Voters, 2nd ed., to talk about the elections and how to determine if candidates are conducting an ethical campaign.
Advance registration is required. Please click on this link to register.

Another way to make a difference this election season is to ask candidates if they have committed to running an honest and fair campaign by signing the Illinois Code of Fair Campaign Practices. You can look up and see who has signed it on this list of candidates on our website!
Thank you for your continued support!
