• Unemployment STAYS LOW ticked up 4.2%,
• Inflation rose .3% in Oct 12-month at 2.7% ..
• Average hourly earnings have increased by 4.0 percent over past 12 mths
• Health Care added 54,000 jobs in Nov
• Labor force participation rate, remains at 62.65percent.
