NWSOFA Partner – Faith In Place Climate Change Event

On Wednesday, January 25th, let’s gather together in prayer and meditation for the care of our common home on Earth. 

Though we may come from many diverse faith traditions, we will unite around our concern for our land, water, air, and communities. 

Please join us at 7pm at St. James Catholic Church in Arlington Heights.

As the Illinois Affiliate of Interfaith Power & Light, we will join a movement of communities across the country who are gathering for 100 similar events during the first 100 hours of the new administration, calling upon elected officials to sustain sound environmental policies.

Other Illinois vigils organized by Faith in Place will be held in Chicago (Jan. 20), Waukegan (Jan. 22), and Champaign (Jan. 22).
