“How to Persuade in Today’s Political Environment“-“The Persuaders“ Thurs 6/27 @10a central – In Person

Juli Cicarelli, Kathy Neikrasz, and Bill Davis from Northwest Suburban Organizing For Action(NWSOFA) will discuss the New York Times best selling book “The Persuaders,“ by Anand Giridharadas.

We will have a short video by Giridharadas and lead a discussion “The Persuaders, “ complete title is “at the front lines of the hearts, minds, and democracy. It is a guidebook about approaching those who have opposing life views, when to engage, and how to build coalitions.

The book is part of a nationwide discussions with thousands joining nationwide on how to make subtle changes to the way you engage in political discussion with that 43% of the voters who are not aligned with a political pa. Bill Davis is co-lead of NWSOFA, Kathy is co lead of Stand With Women, and Kathy and Juli are co leads for the NWSOFA book club.
