Upcoming Local Event: Supporting Our Community

This Thursday, we are hosting a unique local event that diverges from our typical Gun Violence Prevention (GVP) meetings. Instead, we will be focusing on supporting local candidates who are crucial to our community’s future

We have invited 2 or 3 local candidates, in the Greater Palatine, IL area, to join us and share their visions for our area. This event is an important step in getting out the vote and ensuring that our voices are heard in local elections.

Agenda Highlights:

• Candidate Presentations: Our guest candidates will discuss their platforms and goals, providing insight into how they plan to address local issues.
• GVP Bills Discussion: If time allows, we will also touch on the GVP bills likely to be introduced in the Illinois legislature this session.

However, the primary focus will be on supporting our local candidates and encouraging community engagement.
