We will discuss the importance of H.R.1, also called “The Restoring Our Democracy” bill. H.R.1 covers three main planks: campaign finance reform, strengthening the government’s ethics laws, and expanding voting rights –  important changes to these three aspects of our elected government that are critical to our democracy.
