The incoming administration has announced plans to deport millions of immigrant families, sparking fear and uncertainty in communities across the country. Join Indivisible Illinois for a timely and critical discussion on how we can stand in solidarity and take action to support and protect immigrant families in our neighborhoods.
This virtual panel will feature experts, advocates, and community organizers who will provide insights into the challenges immigrant families face and actionable steps we can take to defend their rights and dignity. Topics will include:
Understanding the scope of the deportation policies and their impact. Strategies for organizing community support and resistance. Resources available to assist immigrant families in crisis.
